C saw the email and didn't do anything about it cos the amount was too small.

D saw the email and went to amend the confirmation.

D gave C the confirmation to check. C found a mistake in the confirmation. C approached D to amend it again. D was busy, mentioned that it's so insignificant and hence it was given to a little gal to amend.

the confirmation was given back to C and C passed to S to sign.

S refused to waste time to sign and asked why it was amended since the amount was insignificant. D at this time walked passed and said, "ya, that's what I told C also."

does it seem like C was the one who told D to amend the confirmation?
